Welcome to DRMBLD ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DRMBLD platform, website, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using DRMBLD, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
DRMBLD is a social-education platform that connects users with tools, mentorship, and community to help them explore passion-driven ventures. While our mission is to inspire users to transition from traditional employment toward creative entrepreneurship, DRMBLD makes no guarantee of income, employment, or success. Outcomes depend entirely on user effort and external factors.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. By using DRMBLD, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have legal capacity to enter this agreement.
Accounts are created through Supabase authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity on your account. Sharing or transferring your account is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violation of these Terms.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You retain access until your paid term ends.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except:
Refund requests must be sent in writing to billing@drmbld.com within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via Stripe.
You agree to use DRMBLD responsibly and lawfully. You will not:
DRMBLD may suspend or remove any account, community, or content that violates these rules or conflicts with our mission of ethical entrepreneurship.
You retain ownership of content you create ("User Content"). By posting, you grant DRMBLD a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, display, and distribute your content within the Platform and for promotional use. You are solely responsible for your content's legality and accuracy. DRMBLD does not endorse or pre-screen User Content and is not liable for any resulting damages.
The DRMBLD AI Assistant (powered by n8n and ElevenLabs) is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. DRMBLD and its partners do not provide legal, financial, investment, or medical advice. Users must independently verify all AI-generated information and assume full responsibility for decisions made in reliance on such content.
AI conversation history is encrypted and stored for up to 90 days to improve system performance and moderation. Do not include confidential or proprietary information in AI chats. To request deletion of stored data, contact privacy@drmbld.com.
Courses, mentorships, and projects listed on DRMBLD are contributed by users. DRMBLD is a neutral platform and does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any course, mentor, or project.
DRMBLD is not an intermediary, broker, or escrow agent. All user-to-user transactions occur solely between the involved parties. Users participate at their own risk and are responsible for conducting due diligence.
Users may create or join communities. Community moderators are independent users, not DRMBLD representatives. DRMBLD reserves the right to remove communities or posts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
We collect limited data (account details, posts, analytics) as described in our Privacy Policy. We use third-party services — Supabase, Stripe, n8n, ElevenLabs, Vercel — each operating under its own privacy and security terms. DRMBLD is not responsible for the actions, outages, or policies of these external providers. We do not store payment card data or sell personal information.
Platform design, branding, and proprietary software belong exclusively to DRMBLD. Users may not copy or modify any DRMBLD intellectual property.
AI outputs created within DRMBLD are considered co-created content. Users grant DRMBLD a perpetual, royalty-free license to use or showcase such content inside the Platform and in marketing materials. This license does not transfer copyright ownership of the user's original works.
The Platform is provided "as-is" and "as-available." DRMBLD disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for purpose.

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Deleted data may be retained in encrypted backup for up to 30 days for legal or technical reasons.
DRMBLD may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, under AAA rules. International users agree that U.S. law governs their use and waive conflicting local provisions, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.
